Here you will find general information for the different MITES Competitions. MITES has three main student competition's.

First thing you are going to need is the Rules Packet. In the rules packet you will find a listing of all the competitions and the contact information of the chairperson overseeing each area of competition. If you have any questions about any of the rules, in any of the areas, check with that chairperson who is overseeing that area first since they are the expert for that area. Next thing, look over and read the first pages of the Rules Packet as it will explain in detail how to enter and compete in any of the competitions. Lastly, check for reviews to the Rules Packet offend since changes do come along sometimes, so before you enter a projects make sure you check and recheck the Rules Packet for changes. MITES is always looking for new areas to add to the competition, so please download the procedures and lets expand the competition.***Click Here to Download
For the information on just one competition please click on that competition's tab on the left side of the page. There you will find everything you need to know about that competition and the Committee Chairpersons' contact information. ***Please note that for the Automotive and Construction competition's there are some release forms that need to be fill-out and brought with you to those two competitions*** Good Luck and Hope to see everyone at the convention!!!
You need to be a member to enter projects, groups or teams, or students into any of the MITES competitions. The system will not allow access if you are not a member!!! All membership expires on March 31, 2012 and the window opens for entering students on April 1st, which means if your membership is not current on April 1st the system will not let you enter any students. So please renew or become a member sooner and do not wait till the last day! You can renew after April 1st, but you need to remember that the entry window closes at 4:00pm the day before your regional project drop-off times. Do not wait to the last minute!!!
All new and renewing membership will expire on March 31, 2013 from today on!
